Deluxe Suite, Sea View: Sunset Grove Suite

Sunset Grove Suite is the top floor of Palazzo Viridis in every sense. Occupying the entire attic of the historic palazzo, the suite is defined first and foremost by its extraordinary original roof structure, massive honey-toned timber trusses rising and crossing overhead in dramatic A-frame geometry, giving the space a scale and character that no amount of decoration could manufacture.

The suite unfolds across a generous living area and a private bedroom, connected by a corridor lined with a floor-to-ceiling mural of tropical palms bathed in a warm terracotta sunset glow. The living room is easy and characterful — a palm-print swivel armchair, a linen sofa, a dark marble coffee table, a retro pink mini-fridge tucked in the corner, the kind of space that invites you to stay in as much as go out.

The bedroom sits under the highest point of the roof, quietly elegant with sage green bedding, driftwood lamps, and textured cushions. Between the two spaces, the freestanding clawfoot bathtub occupies a room of its own, positioned directly beneath a window that frames the harbour of Milna and the old stone rooftops of the town below. It is, without question, one of the better places to take a bath on the island.

The bathroom features deep blue handmade tiles, a rain shower, and the signature hand-painted ceramic basin that runs throughout Palazzo Viridis.

Sunset Grove Suite accommodates up to four guests and is ideal for families or couples travelling together who want space, comfort, and a room they won’t forget.
