Where the Sea Meets Timeless Elegance
Superior Double Room, Sea View:
The Secret Garden
The Secret Garden is the brightest room at Palazzo Viridis, and the one with the most to look at. Four windows open directly over the old town of Milna, framing terracotta rooftops, the church bell tower, the harbour full of sailboats, and the open Adriatic beyond. It is the kind of view you linger over with a morning coffee, and then find yourself returning to throughout the day.
The room itself is lighter and more serene than its neighbours, with white walls, exposed wooden ceiling beams, and warm wood floors creating a calm, uncluttered backdrop. The mural above the bed anchors the space beautifully, a classical botanical scene of lush tropical leaves, climbing vines, and a stone urn spilling white flowers, painted in soft greens and pale sky tones that feel more like a fresco than wallpaper.
A terracotta velvet armchair, a teal desk chair, a rattan-backed oak writing desk, and a delicate gold arched mirror give the room its personality, considered, warm, and quietly stylish without trying too hard.
The en-suite bathroom takes a different turn from the rest of the house , deep lavender-mauve handmade tiles line the shower, unexpected and striking, paired with the signature hand-painted ceramic basin and patterned floor tiles.
The Secret Garden suits those who want light, views, and a room that feels genuinely restful.
